For many, boarding school was a mix of adventures and lasting friendships, but it can also leave deep emotional marks that show up in surprising ways later in life.
Sometimes called "Boarding School Syndrome", the emotional and psychological impact of being separated from your family at a young age. It can lead to perfectionism, difficulty with intimacy, or feeling emotionally disconnected from others, even if you enjoyed your time there.
I went to boarding School at 12, and while I had some great times, I also felt deeply lonely sometimes, living within strict rules 24/7, zero privacy and no contact with my parents for months (apart from the obligatory weekly letter).
It wasn't until recently that I realised how much that experience shaped me, and I know many ex-boarders feel the same way.
The good news is that you don't have to stay stuck in those old patterns.
Through my Fast Freedom programs, I can help you release the emotional armour that got you through school but might be holding you back now.
It's time to reconnect with your true self, find peace, and step into a life of freedom, connection, and authenticity.
I've been there. I can help.
